Pocket Park

The Pocket Park Project transformed a vacant, underused lot into inviting mini-parks designed for community gathering and relaxation. With features like benches, walking paths, native plants, and public art, these small but powerful green spaces provide beauty, connection, and joy right in the heart of the neighborhood. Built in collaboration with residents, the Pocket Park is more than a space — it’s a symbol of renewal, creativity, and shared ownership.

4x4 Cleaning

The 4x4 Community Cleanup is a neighborhood beautification effort where volunteers unite to tackle litter, overgrowth, and neglected public spaces. Focused on the 4x4 area, this initiative mobilizes residents and partners to clean alleys, sidewalks, lots, and streets — helping to make the community safer, more welcoming, and full of pride. Participants are provided with gloves, bags, and tools — all you need to bring is your energy and love for the neighborhood.

Tree Planting

The Tree Planting Initiative is a hands-on volunteer effort to bring more greenery and environmental health to our community. Residents, youth groups, and local partners come together to plant trees along streets, in parks, and near homes. These trees provide shade, reduce stormwater runoff, improve air quality, and enhance the beauty of our neighborhoods. Whether you’re digging, mulching, or helping with water, it’s a great way to leave a lasting impact — one tree at a time.
